Feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we may need to improve. If something hasn’t gone the way you expected, you have the right to speak up and have your concerns taken seriously.
Making a complaint will not affect your right to receive safe and respectful supports or services.
Making a complaint
You can make a complaint yourself or ask someone you trust to help you, such as a family member, friend, carer, advocate or representative.
You can also make a complaint anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, we may not be able to contact you for more information or provide you with an update about the outcome.

Need help making a complaint?
You can ask a family member, friend, carer, advocate or other person you trust to help you make a complaint or communicate with us.
An independent disability advocate can also help you understand your rights and make sure your views are heard.

You do not have to raise your complaint with us first if you do not feel comfortable doing so.

Complaints to the NDIS Commission can be made anonymously or confidentially, and you can ask a family member, friend or independent advocate to help you.
