Branches of Care is led by a Melbourne registered nurse, bringing clinical knowledge and genuine care together so participants can build the life they want.
Five value branches that guide every visit, conversation and decision we make with participants and their families.
We honour each person’s choices, culture and right to decide.
We’re honest, reliable and do what we say we will.
We support the whole person, including health, home and community.
We stay committed through setbacks and keep working towards your goals.
We build confidence and skills so you can lead your own life.
Branches of Care is led by a registered nurse with fourteen years of experience across hospital inpatient and outpatient specialist clinics, and disability care in Melbourne. That time built a deep understanding of health, safety and complex care, and today that experience goes into supporting NDIS participants in the community.
Our founder supports participants with high intensity needs such as tracheostomy management, ventilation care and PEG feeding, and has worked with people from childhood through to older age. That includes participants living with ADHD, autism, spinal cord injuries, limb loss, MND, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injuries, among many others.
True to our name, Branches of Care offers supports that reach into every part of life, from care at home and building new skills to getting out into the community. Having this range in one place means participants and families don’t need to piece together support from several providers.
Everything we do points towards independence. We follow your goals, preferences and choices, support you each step of the way and make time to celebrate every milestone, because progress deserves to be noticed.
Wherever you are in Melbourne, we’d love to hear about your goals and talk through how our clinical knowledge and broad range of supports could work for you.
We work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and families to provide the right support.
