We bring clinical experience to every part of your support, from complex nursing care at home to getting involved in your community, with NDIS support services that are shaped around your goals.
Support at home that fits the way you live, from everyday routines to complex health needs that call for clinical skill.
Home is where most of life happens, so it’s where many of our NDIS support services begin. We support participants with personal care, household tasks and living arrangements, with nursing experience on hand when health needs become more complex. You stay in charge of how and when things are done.
Supported Independent Living is for participants who want to live as independently as possible, with a consistent level of support built into their home life. That can include help with routines, meals, personal care and running your household.
We focus on building your independence over time, so your support can grow or ease as your confidence does.
If you share a home with others, we can help with the daily tasks that keep things running smoothly, such as shopping, planning meals together and managing shared routines. We also support participants to build good relationships with housemates and feel settled in their space.
The aim is a home that feels comfortable and organised, where everyone can get on with their day.
Community Nursing Care brings clinical support into your home, delivered with the knowledge that comes from 14 years of nursing in Melbourne hospitals and specialist clinics. It’s one of the NDIS support services that sets us apart, designed for participants whose health needs call for a qualified nurse.
Having nursing skills close at hand means your health is managed with confidence, in the comfort of your own home.
We help with everyday personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, eating and getting ready for the day, in a way that protects your dignity and privacy. We follow your routine and your preferences, so support feels natural rather than rushed.
If you’d like to do more of these tasks yourself, we’ll work with you to build the skills to get there.
For participants with complex care needs, we provide high intensity support including tracheostomy management, ventilation care and PEG feeding. This is care our founder already provides in the community, for participants from children to older adults living with conditions such as MND, MS, spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries.
You and your family can feel confident that complex care is in experienced, capable hands.
Keeping on top of cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general tidying can take a lot of energy. We help with the household tasks that keep your home comfortable, so you can spend your time on the things you enjoy.
We fit around your schedule and do things the way you like them done, because it’s your home.
Build the skills and confidence to do more for yourself, at home, at work or in your studies.
Capacity building is all about growth. We work alongside participants to set clear goals, practise new skills and take the next step towards greater independence, whether that’s managing daily life, finding a job or returning to study. Every step forward is worth celebrating, and we’ll be right there to celebrate it with you.
Whether you’re looking for your first job, returning to work or starting a course, we can help you get there and stay there. Support can include preparing applications, practising for interviews, building routines around work or study, and working through challenges as they come up.
The goal is steady progress and the confidence to keep going when things get tricky.
Some participants do best in a workplace with the right support built in. Specialised supported employment gives you the chance to build work skills, gain experience and earn an income in an environment that understands your needs.
We support you to settle in, grow your abilities and work towards the goals you’ve set for your working life.
Everyday skills like cooking, budgeting, using public transport and managing appointments can make a big difference to your independence. We break these down into manageable steps and practise them with you in real situations, at a pace that suits you.
As your skills grow, your support changes with you, giving you more freedom and choice.
Get out, get involved and spend time doing the things that bring you joy.
Feeling connected to your community matters. Our NDIS support services include help to join activities, visit new places, meet people and build friendships, with the right level of support to make it happen. You choose where you’d like to go and what you’d like to try, and we’ll help you get there.
Innovative community participation opens the door to new experiences, from trying a hobby or joining a local club to exploring places you haven’t been before. We help you find activities that match your interests and support you to take part in a way that feels comfortable.
It’s a chance to build confidence, meet new people and discover what you enjoy.
Being part of your community can mean catching up with friends, going to events, volunteering or having your say on issues that matter to you. We support participants to take part in social and civic life in ways that reflect their interests and values.
Staying involved helps you feel connected and valued as part of the wider community.
Group and centre-based activities give you the chance to learn, create and socialise alongside others in a supported setting. Activities might include skill-building sessions, creative classes, outings or social groups, depending on what interests you.
It’s a relaxed way to make friends, try new things and enjoy time with people who share your interests.
Wherever you are in Melbourne, we’d love to hear about your goals and talk through how our clinical knowledge and broad range of supports could work for you.
We work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and families to provide the right support.
